Unnatural spherical boulders lie in wait for the tide.
You can find this secluded cove on the Atlantic coast between St. Ives and Land's End in the toe of Cornwall.
Around 120,000 years ago the sea levels were 12 metres higher, the tides cut a cliff in the granite rocks and large boulders were rolled around the beach in stormy weather completely rounding them off.
The picture above shows the scale of these smaller stones when compared to my size 9.
